Tired of using
Proprietary
Systems!
By Definition:
The word proprietary indicates that a party, or proprietor, exercises
private ownership, control or use over an item of property.
MC Consulting Inc. goes to great lengths to ensure that the solutions we
provide are anything but Proprietary! We use the latest "of the shelf"
solutions for our SCADA applications. This gives the customer the greatest
benefit possible and in the event of failure the fastest possible track to
getting back online and making production.
Systems
We design and implement Scada and automation systems. We use the following
products as part of our system design. We offer full blown Scada systems (HMI,
MTU, RTU installation, programming and service).

Avalan Wireless Products
Products
For those that just need simple pump control we offer our RS-ETH-AP and
RS-ETH-SUB products. The RS-ETH-AP/ RS-ETH-SUB is a Point to Point or Point to
Multipoint 900Mhz wireless Ethernet. With the option for IP Ethernet Cameras
this simple control system allows for the remote monitoring or control of pumps,
etc.
A typical application would be to use the RS-ETH-AP at the water tower as the
master and then use the RS-ETH-SUB product at the Well(s) to control the pumps.
In the diagram below there is a RS-ETH-AP installed at the base of the
water tower. The antenna is typically mounted on the top or balcony of the
tower. The RS-ETH-AP has an input that is wired in to the tank level (floats,
sensors, etc). When the tank calls for water the remote well is turned on via
the RS-ETH-SUB located and wired in at the well via a 10amp contact. No
programming is necessary. We pre-configure prior to shipment. You can also
monitor the status of the input and relay output at wells via a standard web
browser.

Remote Bridge
The wireless Ethernet system is designed to replace hard wired solutions for
starting and stopping remote devices. the system is designed with standard off
the shelf products and technologies that are readily accessible and up to date.
This system was designed with simplicity in mind. The system offers solutions to
many applications where hard wiring is impracticable or expensive to implement.
the system is very scalable and can grow as your system grows. The Wireless
system can either be point to point or point to multipoint, configured with
simple dip switches. The Subscriber unit offers a DPDT contact rated at 10 amps
at 250vac. The system is shipped configured, matched and tested for your
application. We also include installation and configuration instructions.
